Colin Day and Eddie Parker, founders of Lexis WinDeed, pioneered the first electronic interface to the Deeds Office in 1990 via Beltel technology. Colin Day is currently CEO of Lexis WinDeed, providing a historical framework for the technology which drives the searches relied upon daily by our customers.

Lexis WinDeed provides fast and reliable access to South Africa’s major registration offices including the Deeds Office, Surveyor General Office and various Credit Bureaus, as well as information sourced from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
